The intro.

This is a 30-40 minute one-on-one session with you and one of our coaches. We take the time to learn about you, your goals, strengths, and obstacles. You will learn about us, our program, philosophy, and methodology. At the end of the session, you will complete a short bodyweight workout to give you a sense of what a workout in a group class is and feels like. Already have experience with a functional fitness or CrossFit-type gym? Visiting a class is your best bet to see the space, meet a coach, ask questions, and get a sense of who we are at Pisgah and what we’re about.
