DROP-INS

Welcome to Asheville! We’re thrilled you’ve decided to join us. Simply by clicking on the calendar below, you will be guided through a process that allows you to select a class, sign a waiver, and pay the drop-in fee. Pisgah Fitness has 24/7 access (guests can arrange to use their smartphone to unlock the gym’s electronic doors), so you can attend classes, or come during open gym anytime a class is not in session. If you have any issues, just call, text, or email us. Note: If you’re planning on attending Open Gym, you’ll need to contact us to receive smartphone access to enter the space. We’re excited you’re in town and would love to have you with us!

Class Descriptions

Functional Fitness Group Classes - Daily WOD

Constantly-varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity, with emphasis on correct movement and technique. Expert coaches facilitating group classes that utilize the power of community to move athletes forward. Every workout is modifiable for any ability, knowledge, or skill level.

Rebuild

Rebuild brings down the intensity and focuses on correcting imbalances, improving movement patterns, and challenging your mind and body to move differently. This program emphasizes slow, controlled movement that identifies and addresses your bodies’ strength imbalances.

XT Strength

Strength training with a focus on olympic weightlifting skill and technique development. Benefits of olympic training are wide-ranging and applicable for all functional athletes and goals! Expert coaching in weight training movements with expanded strength focus to increase power, speed, stamina, and prevent injury.
