About Us

We believe in seeking constant improvement, to be better than yesterday.

Pisgah Fitness exists to make a positive difference in people's lives and our community. We use health, wellness, challenge, accountability, coaching, shared adversity, friendship, and fun to accomplish this goal. We strive to be comfortable being uncomfortable and to “do hard things.” We know this makes us more resilient, more powerful, and better able to serve others.

Thank you for being here to learn more about us. We hope you will visit a class, drop by to say hello, join our social media community, or join us in seeking to forge a better world through self-improvement.

“Pisgah is way more than a gym to me. It’s a lifestyle, a community, lifelong friends, a support group, a place I call home.”

— C.S.
